POPULAR QUESTIONS

No, we do not allow smoking at all in our vehicles in order to maintain optimum condition for our guests- we do however allow for comfort stops as frequently as you desire!

No, we cannot provide alcohol for you, as we don't have that type of liquor license. However, you are more than welcome to bring as much alcohol on board as you'd like!

Overtime continues at the same hourly rate that you reserved the vehicle for provided there are no previous reservations. However, overtime is based on availability so we do recommend renting the vehicle or as long as you think you may need it.

Our pricing includes unlimited stops and mileage- for some great ideas, we welcome you to take a look at our events page.

There are no restrooms but you are allowed unlimited stops so you can stop any time someone has to go to the bathroom.

General Questions

Can you drink on the vehicles?

Yes you certainly can- provided you are of legal drinking age! Our vehicles even have tons of cooler space and lots of cup holders for your convenience!

What are your hours of operation?

Our office hours are 10am to 6pm weekly, however our operators are always available to be contacted... regardless of the time or day!

Do you require a deposit in order to reserve that limo?

We do require a minimum deposit in order to secure a vehicle for your event. Please Contact Detroit Limos Detroit Limos in order to obtain more information about our reservation policy.

Can children come onto the buses?

Children and those who are under 21 years old can come onto the buses. In fact, we often service children's parties. However, it is important to note that if any passengers are under the age of 21, no alcohol can be on board.

Can you cancel if plans change?

Unfortunately, we do not allow for cancellations or date changes for any reason. Once you book your reservation, you are required to pay for the time, if you use the service or not.

Can we see your state and insurance paperwork?

Of course! If you would like to see some copies, just ask us and we would be happy to send you a copy.
